Cooper says they were married about 1630..3,4 George Allen Family Data and several other sources claim that Samuel, Sr."s children were all born in Braintree, MA. However, if we accept the GMDIR's statement that he didn't arrive at Braintree until 1639, those children had to have been born elsewhere, probably in England. in 1632.5 Samuel Allen immigrated in 1639 to Braintree, Norfolk, Massachusetts.6 He married Margaret French at Braintree, Norfolk, Massachusetts, before 1650.7,8 Samuel died on 5 August 1669 at Braintree, Norfolk, Massachusetts.9
